The Courtyard Manor team takes a comprehensive approach to support each resident’s ability to thrive. Hands-on employees spend active time with your loved one, helping them engage in appropriate activities of daily living and social scenarios when possible. Our staff is trained to recognize and react to behavior changes in a proactive, positive and helpful way.
To ensure appropriate staff-to-resident ratios, each of our four buildings houses 20 residents. The teams responsible for managing our residents’ needs are well-trained and experienced; they’re specifically trained to assist residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s or other conditions that might result in challenging behaviors.
Both psychiatric and medical doctors are also available to respond to urgent resident needs 24 hours a day, which reduces the risks that your loved one may need to be admitted to a hospital to receive appropriate levels of care.
